Generalist

The generalist provides career mobility for individuals that prefer to work broadly across multiple technical and management disciplines competencies. Here are some of the roles that align with this path: enterprise architects, project management, program management, analyst, communication specialists, business development, marketing, and human resources. If you are looking to gain a broad base of experience. This career path is for you.

 

Specialist

The specialist is focused on specific technology and is in constant pursuit of a deeper technical understanding. Specialists are subject matter experts. Here are some of the roles that align with this path: engineers, architects, and administrators. Areas of focus may include AIX, virtualization, networking, storage, data architecture, security, and more.  David-Kenneth Group’s specialists are engaged in emerging technologies and industry trends. Many specialists attain the highest level of certifications available in their area of expertise.

 

Management

The management path focuses not only on the administrative side of a project, program, or business, but also on the soft skills needed to successfully grow a practice, business unit, or department. We believe that leadership skills are intentionally developed and not passively created.
